How much are we prepared to come to grips with a terrorist attack?
Do we have such a capacity to deal with a threat?
Our nation seems so vulnerable when it comes to menace like terrorism. We can think of so many countermeasures as we could, but the painful truth is that we can't even safeguard something we call "ours". If we can't stand for and secure Spratlys, then what capacity do our Nation has to protect ourselves from infiltrations?
So once again the question is "DO WE REALLY HAVE THE CAPACITY?"
