This situation on Filipinos on death rows is hard to ignore, since the relationship between involved countries are at stake too. Are we just concerned on our fellow Filipinos that seem helpless in a communist country? Or can we face the situation that what they have done is a contributing factor that leads to the deterioration of the dignity of Filipinos and our nation as a whole? We have drug campaigns, so as China, the sentence given to Filipinos in death row are apt and just for their blind decisions as drug mules.
Let this be an eye-opener and a warning to all fellowmen that has ambitions to go to foreign countries, let us be equipped with knowledge with their laws and likewise, let us respect and abide it. The government must not plea every time if such circumstances happens but they have to foresee through intensifying our own rules and regulations specifically on recruitment agencies and strict implementations are needed, let us chase and incarcerate bogus recruiters – POEA, OWWA, DOLE, Bureau of Immigration and other concerned agencies WAKE UP!!!! Have mercy on our nation especially to our modern Heroes - they really need your attention and immediate actions.
