The bill postponing the ARMM elections face rough feedbacks from various sectors as attempts to put in place political machinery that is allied with the current Administration. It can be noted that the annual budget of ARMM runs to almost P 10 Billion; its 2010 budget was P 9.998 Billion. In addition, the amount of development aid that is infused in the region by international bodies is highly significant and these considerations ensued to the postponement of the election. It’s all money matters dude, what do you think?
