How you can turn a long flight into a comfortable trip

Here are some ways to help you have a more comfortable trip:

Use the pillows that you are provided with - during long flights, airlines companies give their passengers pillows, by placing one of the pillows between your seat and lower back, you can prevent or ease any pains you are experiencing on your back.

Do stretches and flexes from time to time - your muscles tend to become sore and cramped when they are left immobile for a long time and to avoid this, make sure you stretch and flex occasionally during the flight.

Use a moisturizer if your skin becomes dry - be sure to moisturize your skin with long-lasting moisturizers or petroleum jelly if your skin tends to dry out quickly, the air inside the aircraft is very dry and can easily wear off light moisturizers.

Bring along chewing gum - popping of your ears is caused by changing air pressure inside the aircraft, and you can avoid this by chewing gum.

Wear slip-on shoes - you may want to remove your shoes during the trip because, over time, your feet can swell.

Carry your prescription pain medicine if you suffer from a broken bone - if you suffer from a broken arm or a similar injury, be sure you are able to ask the right pain medication from your doctor.

Consider flying by charter plane - charter planes offer more personalized service to meet the needs of their customers.

By preparing for your trip, you can avoid any discomforts and make the most out of your flight.
