FAILURE

Failure is never in the "not-making-it," failure is the "never trying to make it."
If you mess up in your job and your boss is very upset with you, understand that he is under extreme pressure and maybe your mistake has caused some harm. But do not let this derail you from what you can become in the future.
You've experienced a painful event? Learn and profit from it.
This kind of life experience cannot be found in schools, it's invaluable. Treasure it in your heart. And next time around... armed with a life made richer because of your failure experiences and what you've learned...go out and excel in whatever you do.
Failure is the backbone of successful people. For wisdom is learned more from failure than from success!
